Hi I am Naomi, Founder of The Blue Lotus School of Yoga. This School offers Kundalini Yoga kriyas, meditation and mantras, Kundadance, Womb Awakening and Clearing and Ayurvedic Self-Care techniques. These are designed to help clear energy blocks, awaken sacred codes and activate your innate radiance so that you may rise from the Root and Crown yourself. Every Woman deserves to be her Queen.

My life journey has been the continual enquiry into how to contain and hold a huge amount of Crown energy in my body. As a young teen I was ovewhelmed by it and couldn’t hold it. It has taken decades of daily yoga practise and Ayurvedic practise to become present and devise grounding techniques when often Vata (air/ether element) imbalanced. Our modern lives force us into speed and multi-tasking over presence and containment.

I am here for the busy working mama / woman who knows there is more to her life than rushing and wants to journey into her Power.

I am here for the overwhelmed woman with the racing mind who can’t feel her body.

I am here for the burned out woman who lost connection to herself somewhere along the way.

I am here for every woman who is ready to Crown herself as Queen yet knows she is not fully embodied at this moment.

I am here for the curious woman who wants to learn the sacred art to Crowning herself.

I am here for the Starseeds who feel overwhelmed by the activity on Planet Earth..

Our technique is in fully rooting which may be through the feet, the yoni, the womb, the heart or the throat, or all of these centers. The more fully we Root, the more we can integrate the clearing practises of an open and clear Crown.
